Roger A. Valdez, 48, beloved son, husband, father, and friend, was called to our Lord on March 3, 2013. Born in Oakland, Calif., on July 11, 1964, and resided in Pueblo. Preceded in death by his grandparents; and father, Roger Gama. Survived by his mother, Elizabeth Tina (Mark) Crowley; father, Paul Valdez; wife, Jody Valdez; daughters, Niki (Jarod) Aleman, Veronica (Michael) Valdez, Toni Valdez; grandson, Quintten Aleman; sisters, Donya Valdez, Sabrina Gama, Alisha Gama; brothers, Joey Gama and Ryan Gama; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. At his request, cremation has taken place. Memorial Service, 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7, Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
