Robert F. Watson, age 92, veteran of WWII, born Jan. 1, 1918, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Oct. 2, 2010, in Pueblo, Colo. He was preceded in death by his father, James Watson; mother, Hazel (Fosbury) Watson; brother, James Watson; sister, Grace (Watson) Maza; and wife, Stella (Arendt) Watson. He is survived by his son, Clifford J. Watson of Hoopeston, Ill., son, Howard A. Watson, his wife, Elizabeth (Denton) Watson, and Robert's only grandson, Wyatt Watson, of Los Alamos, N.M., son, Eugene F. Watson and his wife, Marguerite Granat of Pueblo West, Colo. There will be no viewing or Pueblo service. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorials may be made to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, CO 81003.
