Robert Eugene McKim, 83, known as Bob to his friends and family, passed away March 19, 2016. Bob was a lifelong Pueblo resident and worked for Broderick and Gibbons and then for La Farge as an Oiler until he retired in 1998. Bob was 4th of 14 children born to Oliver and Martha McKim in Holly, Colo. on November 18, 1932. He is preceded in death by his parents; along with siblings, Raymond in 1999, Oliver (Sonny) in 2001, William (Bill) in 2005, Richard (Dick) in 1989, and Sandra in 1946. Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 60 years, Christine McKim; children, Sally (Ed) Hill, Pam (Cliff) Huber, Darrin McKim (James Trujillo) and Sharon (Steve) Martinez; grandchildren, Michael (Nicki) Hill, Andreah Clark, Andrew (Alysha) Clark, Angelina Hill, Charles Hill, Alyssa (Cody) Cawthra, Zachary McKim (Danielle Carrillo), Levi (Erika) Donovan, Russell Donovan Jr, Al Huber, Powell Huber, Lisa (Russ) Folga, Blayse Martinez and Nicholas Martinez; great-grandchildren, Mikey Hill Jr, Korbyn Korinek, Ezekiel McKim, Madilynn Cawthra, David Huber, Paul Huber, Daven Huber, Hunter Folga, Brooklann Folga and one on the way; siblings, Helen, Jack, Frances, Jerry, Sharon, Dianna, Karon and Terry; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and others that were a huge part of his life. Bob always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He will be missed! Viewing, 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.   6. Dad, I can never say goodbye, but only I will see you again. Thank you for being such an amazing father and role model. Your unconditional love, guidance and support will never be forgotten. All though our hearts are breaking with the thought of never seeing you again, hearing your laughter or telling us you love us, our memories will forever live on.
    Words can not even describe my feelings today or the emptiness I feel, but I wouldn’t trade the last month I spent with you for anything. I know that you knew just how very much you were loved and I know that you will always be in our hearts. I know how much you worried about mom, I promise we will take good care of her, watch over us from heaven as you did here. I love you dad xoxoxo

  7. Heaven has received an amazing angel………and our family has suffered a great loss! Thank you for everything you have done in our lives, Uncle Bob. We love you with all of out heart and will miss you forever! The suffering and pain is over for you and our heartbreaking journey without you is beginning. My love goes out to all of the family.
