Robert Elias 'Fritz' Frederiksen

Robert Elias 'Fritz' Frederiksen, 82, passed away June 22, 2013. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Monte L. Frederiksen; daughter, Raphaelle (Ali) Ahmed; grandchildren, Tia (Rylan), Garrett, Kara (Jeremy), Michael and Jeremy; step-grandchildren, Mallyah, Hallah and Louise; five great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son, Paul Leon Frederiksen; brother, David Frederiksen; and parents, Elsie (Hansen) and Elias Frederiksen. He was born March 27, 1931, in El Paso, Texas. Fritz worked for CF&I from June 1948 until his retirement in Feb. 1985. He also worked for Hutchison Pest Control and Pinkerton Security. He enjoyed woodworking, woodcarving, photography, fishing and family gatherings. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
