Robert C. Vigil

Robert C. Vigil, 76, of Vallejo, Calif., formerly of Pueblo, passed away March 13, 2014. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Nan 'Dee Dee', of Vallejo, Calif.; son, David (Erica), of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandchildren, Kayla, Joshua; great-grandchildren, Isaac, Zavier; brothers, Jose 'Bennie' (Hermelinda), of Pueblo, Anthony, of Washington state; sister, Sophie Franco, of Nevada; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special family friends Idolina 'Edo' and Eri Domenech. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Geneva Vigil. Robert was born in Huerfano County on June 9, 1937. He served in the US Air Force for many years, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He later retired from Exxon Oil Company, where he worked as an electrician. He was dearly loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
