Robert C. Cromer

Robert C. Cromer, 83, passed away Sept. 26, 2010. Survived by his daughter, Nancy (Barry) Friedman of Redondo Beach, Calif.; son, Daniel Cromer; sister, Norma Boddy; grandchildren, Nathan and Deona; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Virginia May Cromer; parents, Robert and Frieda Cromer; and brother, Dale Cromer. Robert served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and retired from C&W Railroad as a switchman. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Burial at the family cemetery in Kansas. ****
