Robert C. 'Bob' Cornell, 84, passed away October 4, 2008. Survived by his wife of nearly 20 years, Beulah Cornell; children, Cissy, Cindy, Chuck and Craig; and numerous other relatives. Preceded in death by his daughter, Connie. Bob worked for Bassett Construction as a supervisor and retired in 1990. As per his request there will be no viewing or services. To the Grandfather I’m told I met when I was a baby….
I’m grateful to have met my father (your son) and my brother (your grandson) in person within the last month, so if you’re looking down on us you already know this. I’m also very appreciative of the cross I received, it helps me feel connected to you.

Uncle Bob will be missed as an uncle and brother in law to my dad. Eugene Gardner, Karen, Jana, Nancy, Randh and families.
You were a tough, but fair boss and thanks for encouraging me to go back to school. I’ll always remember your sly grin…usually after showing off you awesome math skills!
