Richard T. Stimac, 71, passed away January 31, 2004. Survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Anna Stimac; children, Sandy (Bruce) Burt of Pueblo, Rick (Vickie) Stimac of Windsor, Colo., Greg (Dawn) Stimac of Salida, Colo., Jeff (Susan) Stimac of Houston, Texas and Susan (Kevin Nunn) Stimac of Pueblo; sisters, Julie Stimac of Pueblo and Katherine Fertal of Ft. Collins, Colo.; 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Emma Stimac; brother, George Stimac and brother-in-law, Bill Fertal. Richard was born Dec. 29, 1932, in Keewatin, Minn. and married Anna on April 3, 1950, in Westcliffe, Colo. He retired from the Tube Mill at C.F.&I. Richard was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, playing cards and trips to Cripple Creek. Member of St. Peter the Apostle Episcopal Church and Eagle Aerie No. 145. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium and private family inurnment. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2004, at St. Peter Church, 3939 W. Pueblo Blvd. with the Reverend Alex Howard officiating. Those who desire may make memorials to St. Peter the Apostle Memorial Fund.
