Rich “Mad Dog” Acosta, 68, of Pueblo, CO, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2020.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on January 7, 2021, at Praise Assembly of God, 2000 Troy Ave.. Pueblo, CO.

Rich was a great athlete. He loved running, cycling, and playing pool. Rich was an animal lover and he cared for many animals throughout his life.

Rich is survived by his three children, Guy Acosta, Giovanni Acosta (Rider), Gianna Acosta (Rider); four grandkids; one great-grandchild, numerous brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces.

Rich is preceded in death by his daughters, Kalina Acosta and Michelle Forsythe.

A special thank you to his sister, Mary, for her love and friendship.
