Rex Randall Kohl, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 14, 2018. Survived by wife of 30 years, Barbara (Bos) Kohl; sons, Kelly and Shaun; grandchildren, Lianda, Lily and Liam Kohl and McKenzie and Dave Bos; sisters, Fay (Tony) Martino and Kay (Gary) Upchurch; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Rex was born to Ernie and Mary Kohl on April 18, 1947, in Oklahoma, served in the Air Force and worked for DOC for 34 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf and was a member of the NRA and Pueblo West Sportsman's Association. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 20, 2018, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Interment, Pikes Peak National Cemetery in Colorado Springs. To the Kohl family – May you have loving memories and hear happy echoes of the good times you shared together. My fond memories of Rex were during days of attending school but most of all the days at McKinley Grade School in Canon City, CO. Rex was a social and very fun school mate in our class.
