Regina Leona Harper, age 75, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 28, 2016. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado, on December 24, 1940, to Vaughn Byrd and Ada (McCully) Byrd. She was a proud graduate of Pueblo Centennial High School, class of 1958. She and her husband, Art, ran their own sewer and drain business in Pueblo for almost 30 years. Regina was very politically active and gave to numerous clubs and organizations. She was a devout Christian and attended church her whole life. Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Harper and her son, Gregory Harper. She is survived by her son, Sidney 'Dutch' Harper; sister and brother-in-law, Harlean 'Tinker' and James Hurt; step-daughter, Dianne Petkoff; her beloved grandchildren, Angela Frazier, Kiel Petkoff, Kari Petkoff, Patricia Sams, and Garrett Harper; her daughters-in-law, Lisa Frazier, Tammy Stone, and Shannon Harper; her 'adopted by love' grandchildren, Steven Stone, Alasha Boulet, Desiree Macaluso, Taylor Frazier, and Brittany Eden; her 'adopted by love' great-grandchildren, Zooey Boulet and Olivia Macaluso; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Trinity Life Center, 36 Merritt Court. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery.

  2. Regina was a beautiful lady,friend,mother in law, and grandmother. Great Wife,mother, and devoted to God. She is deeply missed.
