Raymond Marvin Finnell

Raymond Marvin 'Si' Finnell, 82, passed away Sept. 16, 2008. Survived by his children, Richard, Brad (Casee), Janice and Lisa Finnell; sister, Evelyn Kuhn; brother, Norman Finnell; sisters-in-law, Patricia Finnell and Marilyn Smith; grandchildren, Nate, Seth and Orion. Preceded in death by his wife, E. Jean and daughter, Glenda Finnell. Si was born to Otis and Inez Finnell on Sept. 9, 1926, in Pueblo. He graduated from Central High School in 1944 and from SMU in 1951. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked as a certified public accountant and later taught accounting. There will be no viewing. Memorial service, 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at First United Methodist Church, 11th and Court, with the Reverend Olga Hard officiating.
