Ray T. Booker, lifelong resident of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on August 17, 2010. Ray was a devoted husband and father. He was born to the union of Arthur and Goldie Booker. Ray is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Arthur 'Buster' Booker and Forrest R. Booker; and sister, Helen Lemke. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ovella Booker; children, Emily Kae Mitch, Duane E. Booker Hughes, Martha M. (Gregg) McGuire, Arthur Leonard (Sandie) Booker, Thomas Ray (Jennifer) Booker, Stanley Vernell (LeaAnn) Booker; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and sister, Millie Brewer. Ray retired from the Dana Corporation, after 32 years of loyal service, in 1986. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and was an excellent marksman. There was no challenge too great for Ray. There was nothing that Ray wouldn't do for his wife and children whom he valued above all else. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com ******
