Phyllis D. Bayuk, 77, born to Everett and Florence Cotton on Jan. 28, 1939, in Coffeeville, Kan. and passed away Sept. 30, 2016, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by her husband of 56 years, Jack Bayuk; children, Derek Bayuk and Renae Wilkinson-Bayuk; sister, Vivian Robinson; brothers, Jack Cotton and Wesley Cotton; and four grandchildren.
