Phillip L. Garver

Phillip L Garver, 80, born July 28, 1936, died Feb. 19, 2017. Predeceased by parents, Willard & Mildred Garver; son, Richard Garver; and granddaughter, Rebecca Ann Fouts. Survived by wife, Billie Garver; brother, Jerry (Barbara) Garver; sister, Linda Taylor; sons, Wayne Garver, Michael (Joan) Graham; daughter, Michelle Wichser; grandchildren, Alison (Steven)Alley, Andrew (Alisha) Graham, Phillip Fouts, Peter Fouts, Charles (Emily) Aguirre, Stacy Wichser; nine great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Sugar. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at 3003 N. Elizabeth at City Gate Ministries (between Sonic & RAC). There will be a gathering of friends and family afterwards.
