Phil Shaufler II, 35, of Colorado Springs. Born July 27, 1972, died July 11, 2008. He is survived by his daughter, the love of his life, Briana Belisle of Pueblo West; mother, Mona Quillen of Pueblo; father, Phil (Diana) Shaufler of Manzanonla; sisters, Becki Shaufler of Pueblo and Dawn Chavez of Ordway; nieces, Skyla, Vanessa and Samantha; grandparents, Harry and Melva Quillen and Toney Shaufler; along with numerous other family and friends. Phil worked for Safeway, as a manager of the meat department, for the past 13 years. He was an avid outdoors man. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. A celebration of Phil's life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Fat Jacks, 3613 Betty Dr., Colorado Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made, in Phil's name, for his daughter Briana's College Fund to Minnequa Works Credit Union, 4700 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo, Colo. 81008.   10. Phil was the cool older cousin that always made time for me when we came to town. No words can express the great sadness that I feel and regret that my kids will never know what a beautiful and kind man he was. He will always be in my heart.

I worked at Safeway with Phil,and even before i got the chance to meet him, I heared about his reputation as a smart,hard working man who got things done. After I met him I found him to be all of those things, and many more! To me he was an all around great guy, who spoke often of how proud he was of his daughter,great humor,great passion, great friendship. GREATLY MISSED. LUV YA MAN

  14. Phil and I dated as teenagers and recently reconnected. We shared a great trip to Las Vegas in December. Phil my love you will forever be in my heart! My deepest sympathies to all of Phil’s family
