Our Deepest Sympathy.
Patsy will be missed dearly. Her optimism, tireless energy and genuine kindness are inspirational.
My deepest sympathy to all the family and friends. I will miss her dearly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of grief,God bless you.
I am a friend to the Webb/Carr family. Patsy surely is in Heaven with Our Lady, and her daughter and grand daughter. It is sad when anybody dies, especially good loving people like Patsy who always put everybody else before herself. I KNOW there are angels among us. And Patsy earned her gold wings in life and in death they will shine for an eternity. My respect to her son, Jerry Don, who I have lost contact with. I miss Kim (her daughter and Jerry’s sister) so much as well as Carissa. These three women were loving, unique and are all in Heaven together now. May the Good Lord rest their souls. God Bless the Webb/Carr family.
Love,
Kathy Drew
