Patricia Eileen “Pat” Tubergen, 80, passed away Oct. 16, 2023. Preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Verna Doolin and brother, Wayne Doolin. She was born in Pueblo, Colo. and raised on a farm in Boone, Colo. She attended Fowler schools. She was a faithful member of Assembly of God in Fowler (which is now West Assembly) for 62 years. Pat met her husband, Art, who was stationed at Ft. Carson. Pat and Art were married for 61 years and had three daughters, Wanda (Ed) Bonjour of Boone, Colo., Marsha (Cesar) Salais of Dixon, Missouri and Sandy (Kriss) Childress of Monument, Colo.; four grandchildren, Katie Ynostroza of Boone, Colo. Sabian and Sabastian Salais of Dixon, Missouri, and Abigail Childress of Castle Rock, Colo. and one great-grandchild, Owen Ynostroza of Boone, Colo. Pat was a stay-at-home mom and a farm wife. After her daughters moved away from home, she worked for several businesses in Fowler, including Empire Gas and T & L Leather Shop, and was a school lunch lady. Pat retired as an Activity Director at Pueblo Regent. Patricia also currently held the position of President of Orchard Park Water in Avondale, Colo. She loved the Lord, her husband and her family. She also enjoyed baking, shopping and going to Branson.
Funeral service, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023, at West Assembly of God, 406 W. Eugene Ave., in Fowler. Interment, Fowler Cemetery. Online condolences, www.MontgomerySteward.com.

I am so very very sorry for your loss .
It was my pleasure to be able to meet her and Art and spend time with them while visiting Fowler .
