Survived by her husband, Cecil Rogers 'Pete' Vulgamore; children, Bill, Fred and Sherri Dalaba; grandchildren, Katie, Nic and Haley; great-grandchildren, Kade, Makenzie and Bruce; and brother, Charles Carrol. Patricia was born to Claude and Ada Carrol on April 6, 1941, in Liberty, Mo. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017, at First Baptist Church, 422 S. Main St., Fowler. Roger, just saw that Pat passed away. I’m sorry for your loss. I feel bad that so many years have gone without being in contact.
