Neva L. Keator, 80, passed away Aug. 28, 2004, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by her husband, Lowell Keator of the family home in Vineland; brother, Warren Picklum of Cedar Falls, Iowa; sisters, Laura Tyner and Martha Canum both of Delta, Colo. and Luanna (Peter) Golinski of Penney Farms, Florida; brother-in-law, Wallace (Delores) Keator of Coeur-d'Alene, Idaho; sister-in-law, Antoinette Keator of Boone, Colo.; eight children, Norman (Alice) Keator of Albuquerque, N.M., Michael (Susan) Keator of Mesa, Ariz., Sarah MacClary of Junction City, Ore., Charlotte (Michael Boyd) Keator of Littleton, Colo., Paul (Denise) Keator of Vineland, Frances (Tom) Beaudette of Rye, Colo., Jeanne (Steve) Stewart of Pueblo and James (Mary Ann Korson) Keator of Vineland; thirty-two grandchildren (two deceased); nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Neva was born to Charles and Ruth Picklum on Dec. 30, 1923, in Ordway, Colo. She and Lowell married on April 6, 1947, raised their children with much love, instilled a deep personal faith in God and responsibility which maintaining a farm required. Member of Grace Community Church where she served as the organist and pianist for many years. Neva was very active in the Vineland community and PTA. She will long be remembered for her sweet spirit, loving smile and willing hands. Viewing at the funeral home today from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Thurs. from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. with the family present from 4 until 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, at Grace Community Church, 1405 25th Lane.
