Celebration of Life:
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Myles Joseph Blend, age 9, who left this world on September 16, 2024. Born on August 7, 2015, Myles was a vibrant soul whose laughter and love filled our lives with joy
and wonder.
Myles is survived by his devoted, and loving parents, Mary and Aaron Blend, and his adoring sisters, Bridgette, Addison, Aariana, and Santana. He was cherished by his grandpa, Grandpa Mel, and grandmothers, Grandma Libby and Grandma Nay, and great-grandmothers, Martha and Ana, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts forever. To his family, Myles was a treasure, filling their days with joy and unforgettable memories.
An enthusiastic movie lover, Myles lit up at the mention of his favorites: Cars, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Kung Fu Panda, Ratatouille, Toy Story, Hercules, Minions, Moana, and Ralph Breaks the
Internet. He was particularly enchanted by Story Bots, a show that sparked his imagination and brought him endless joy. His imagination soared as he watched movies and shows, often scripting scenes and bringing his beloved characters to life.
Myles was not just a child; he was a source of pure joy. His infectious smile could brighten even the darkest days, and his laughter was a melody that echoed in our hearts. He thrived in the great outdoors, running freely, wrestling with his siblings, and exploring the world around him. A true lover of swimming, he found joy in the water, and he delighted in the simple pleasures of cucumbers, apples, and cold bottles of water. Myles embodied the spirit of adventure, reminding us all to embrace life with enthusiasm and love.
A memorial service to celebrate Myles’ life will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Montgomery & Steward Funeral Home in Pueblo, CO, at 11 a.m. Everyone who knew him will remember him as a happy, beautiful soul whose
smile could light up any room.
Myles, you will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those
who loved you.
