  1. I woke about 3 o’clock this morning and was amazed see the beautiful constellation Orion filling our bedroom window. My first thought was of Mel, who many times told me, as we were building our house, that we’d love seeing the stars at night, as he did. The last time I saw Mel was a few days before he died, as we waved to each other when I drove down the hill. Godspeed, Mel.
