Marlin 'Buck' Edwin Foley, 75, passed away on June 18, 2019. Survived by children, Timothy Paul Foley of Pueblo and Cynthia Foley Morris of Colorado Springs; siblings, David (Lori) Foley of Oklahoma, Hampton W. (Mabel) Foley, Ronald Foley, Leatrice Grubb, Arnesa (Carl) Lind and Patricia (Stan) Quillen all of Virginia and Kathy Bennett of West Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews; and former spouse, Peggy Hise Foley of Pueblo. Preceded in death by parents; and brothers, Kevin Foley and Larry Foley. Buck was born to Hampton C. and Mary M. (Via) Foley on July 10, 1943, in Mt. Sidney, Va. Buck grew up in Virginia and and served in the United States Navy from 1961-1963. He moved his family to La Junta, Colorado in 1981. He worked as an electrician throughout the United States and overseas. He joined the IBEW local 12 in Pueblo in 1993 and retired as a journeyman electrician in 2008. He enjoyed traveling, hunting and loved his dog and horses. He was an avid horseman and for many years attended Cheyenne Frontier Days in Wyoming. He was usually found building or fixing things around the house and on warm days would enjoy sitting on the patio drinking a cold beer. He would often open his home to friends and family as he loved to entertain. His greatest joys were his children and enjoyed celebrating in their lives and accomplishments. Buck loved spending time with his children and family in Oklahoma and Virginia. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
