  1. MY FRIEND — GONE!
Frank and I have been friends since the 90’s way back when I had rentals on the East-Side. Frank came to visit me (now downtown area) one day and told me about his cancer; I am so sorry, my friend!! Frank was on remission then and we together spent 2016 New Years at a special place where we danced — he was so happy then! I often went to visit Frank after that, and last Thursday, the 5th he called me late and said “Elena, come to pick me out, let’s go out to eat. He quickly changed his mind and said “maybe tomorrow for breakfast; I will call you. He did not call next morning, but I knew that he had trouble sleeping, so I did not want to disturb him if he was sleeping. I ended up in the hospital and was not aware of his passing; I am sorry, I wish I had been there, but during our phone calls he shared with me so many things; I am going to miss him. Good-by, RIP, and thank you for our friendship!

  2. I had the pleasure of being Luciano’s RN case manager for the past year and he was one of the best patients I had. He will be greatly missed by all of us here at the Maxim Healthcare family. Sorry to have him gone but glad his pain is over and he is resting peacefully now.

  3. I remember when I first met Frank he was dating one of my best friends and oh my gosh that was so so long ago as time passed I married his cousin Robert after that we became very close with Frankie spend a lot of time together when on trips together Las Vegas, fishing, Etc… we hung out together alot we became very close with Frank even though he was a jerk most of the time LOL He was still pretty cool have so many memories of Frankie going to miss him and I know my ex Robert will miss him even more because they hung out every weekend especially now towards the end of Frankie’s days may you rest in peace Frankie Barela enjoy your new home in heaven you are now pain-free blessings always. ♥
