Loyola Jeanne De Guzman, 76, of Pueblo West, Colo., passed away Oct. 30, 2004. Survived by her children, Lori (Scott Hobbs) De Guzman and Michael De Guzman, both of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, Arthur Ruybal and Eugene (Beverly) Ruybal, both of Denver; sister, Beverly (Sheldon) Bloedorn of Pueblo West; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews in Colo.; and many relatives and friends in Chicago. Preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Rosario Ruybal; three brothers, Baloise, LeRoy and Ronnie; and two sisters, Pauline and Irene. Loyola was born June 28, 1928, in Alamosa, Colo. and was a trusts and investments officer for Bank of America in Chicago. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Chaplain Dave Hamilton of Sangre de Cristo Hospice officiating.
