Loren 'Larry' Caldwell McCormack, 87, passed away quietly at his home on July 4, 2003. He was born in Mildred, Kansas on March 26, 1916. He married Marian Hale on September 21, 1942. His parents, Floyd and Nellie; his brother, John; and wife, Marian, have preceded him in death. To cherish his memory, he leaves behind his sons, Robert (Sherry) McCormack of Huber Heights, OH and Brian (Kay) McCormack of Colorado Springs, CO; his daughters, Judy (Richard) Olson of Winthrop Harbor, IL, Wendy (William Tucker) Seals of Sierra Vista, AZ, and Heather McCormack of Rochester, MN; his sister, Lois, of Holton, KS; eight grandchildren; and many more loved ones. Larry was a World War II veteran of the United States Naval Air Corps. He was a graduate of the University of Kansas and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado for over 60 years. He served countless community and charitable organizations. He loved music and sang for many years with the Pueblo Symphony Chorale, St. Therese Singers, and both the Christ Congregational and Mormon Church Choirs. He was a devoted husband and father who dearly loved his family. There will be a private family inurnment service at Roselawn Cemetery. A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 10, 2003, at First Presbyterian Church, 220 W. 10th Street, with the Reverend Dr. Brad Munroe officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Larry's name may be made to Sangre de Cristo Hospice or First Presbyterian Church Music Ministry through the funeral home. 'May I so beautify my path that those who follow me will know which way I went.'
