Linda Lee Felps 'Tillie' Heister went to be with our Lord peacefully in Montrose, Colo. at the age of 75 on Jan. 29, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy and her husband, Dan; her son KC and wife, Cayttie; and her daughter, Tammy. She is also survived by her sisters, Rosalind Ward, Joyce Spears and Lois Karbach; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Linda was born on January 26, 1941, to Helen Marguerite Broberg Felps and Earl Felps in Pueblo, Colo. She was a kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Linda will be remembered as a hard worker, talented artist and crafter, enthusiastic shopper and famous party hostess. Funeral service, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
