LeRoy A. Townsend passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 76. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margie Ann Townsend; stepsons, John (Linda) Cirullo and Mike (Cathy) Cirullo; sister, Marlene (Dave) Loos of Centennial, Colo; niece, Autumn (Gawain) Duncan; nephew, Mark (Ivana) Loos, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanette and Harold Garbiso; and his sister, Laura. LeRoy was born July 27, 1946, in Pueblo, Colo. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. Leroy served proudly with the US Marine Corps from 1966 to 1972. He received two Purple Hearts for his service in Vietnam and was a member of the Marine
Corps League. He was employed in the retail grocery and customer service industry for many years. Private family service in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com.
