A beautiful soul, full of love and faith, ascended to heaven, away from us, but closer to God.
I am honored and blessed to have known Janie. She was truly a blessing in my life and I will miss her.
The year was 1980. It was my first and only sleepover at ‘the ranch’. My sister Jeanne and I joined Susan Nancy and Janie for a night of giggles. We stayed up until 4 in the morning. Unfortunately I had to be at USC at 7:00 a.m. for ACT test. I bombed it (not Baumed it). But it was worth it. So many memories, so much laughter, so much joy. Thank you Janie. Thank you Spencers.
Janie was absolutely wonderful. She was sweet, thoughtful, and would always light up the room. She will be missed. Sending prayers and love to her family and friends during this difficult time. You have gained a new Guardian Angel to watch over you all.
Rest In Peace Janie, I love you ❤️ I’m glad I got to see you and to see you smile one last time. I loved that I got to go on girls trip with you in Charleston, shared a lot of memories with you. Thanks for all the advice you shared with me. Some day will meet again I love you Auntie.
My you rest in the loving arms of our Lord! I imagine you are riding the beautiful prairies in the Heavens with your Dad! You will be missed and you are loved-
Our thoughts and prayers are with you today ! Love and God Bless !
Despite all Laura was going through, she was always there to lend an ear and encourage us through our journey and battles. She is greatly appreciated by both of us and will be dearly missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Spencer family.

Oh my friend the good times we had laughing and working together. You always brought a smile to work and your funny little jokes.
No more pain but your time was way to short. God is opening his doors today for you.
Spread your wings and walk in with your smile.

Your friend for life

Laura Jane was my nearest and dearest friend for many years. I always looked forward to our morning phone calls when we would have coffee together and talk and laugh for hours. I met Laura over thirty years ago, and she very quickly became like a sister to me. She was one of the sweetest persons I have ever known, and I was blessed by her friendship many times over.
My thoughts and prayers are with her Mom and sisters, all of whom she loved so much. May they each find comfort in remembrance of special memories of Laura, and may God bless each of you during this very difficult time…

Keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
Loving thoughts for all the Spencer family and Friends of Laura Jane.
There are very few people in this world that are truly beautiful inside as outside. Her spirit was her crown of glory. Her personality was magnetic.
I was told recently that some faiths believe children pick their parents from Heaven , Laura chose well.
To Mary her Mother, my heart is with you through this, you are blessed to have raised strong , beautiful daughters who will hold each other up as you have done all along her fight.
I know you will be lifted up by faith and love in knowing her Father was there to welcome her home.
Laura you will always be “Janie” to Pete! I hope you two are having a great reunion up there. I love you my friend and will hold you forever in my heart. My deepest condolences to all of us left behind.
Laura! One of my favorite people in the universe! I’ll miss you a billion times eternity! Until we meet again my sweet friend! XOXO

A special light in our lives! Lyp
Janie always had a ready smile and sweet laugh. She will be missed. God grant eternal peace to her.
Laura was such a pleasure to know. When she was going to PCC for her esthetician license , I went to her several times for a facial. She had such a tender touch and I always enjoyed visiting with her. She always spoke so dearly of her sisters and Mother. I will miss seeing her occasionally getting her beautiful lashes done! She loved her lashes, I think it always lifted her spirits. R.I.P. sweet Laura.
