Laura B. Schwager, 78, of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away Oct. 23, 2005. Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Louis Schwager on March 4, 2005. Survived by her children, Charles (Marie) Schwager of Pueblo, Arthur L. (Sharon) Schwager of Trenton, N.J. and Kathleen (Lyle) Rockefeller of Colorado Springs; sisters, Emily O'Hagen, Carolyn Giehl and Jacqueline Peppler, all of New Jersey; eight grandchildren, Timothy Schwager, Patrick Schwager, David (Christy) Schwager, Andrew (Rachel) Schwager, James Schwager, Kristin (Ted) Meeker, Mark (Clare) Rockefeller and Matthew Rockefeller; and six great-grandchildren, Kelly and Ryan Schwager, Sydney and Meagan Meeker, Mark Jr. and Wesley Rockefeller; numerous nieces and nephews. Laura was born to Charles and Carrie Burtis on July 3, 1927, in New Jersey. Member of First United Methodist Church and Assistance League Pueblo. She was also a volunteer for the Pueblo Zoo. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005, at First United Methodist Church, 11th and Court, with the Reverend Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pueblo Zoo, through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, Colorado 81003. Online condolences,
