Kenneth M. Huismann

Kenneth M. Huismann, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 30, 2014. Survived by his loving wife, Debbie; stepson, Bryan Eckhart; mother, Irene; brother, Mark and his former wife, Terri Reading; niece, Toni; nephew, Kirk; and special friends, Jay, Clay, Gary and his 'hon', Jodi. Preceded in death by his father, Harold; and sister, Debbie. Ken was born in El Paso, Tex. on Aug. 3, 1954, to Harold and Irene Huismann. He worked for Kmart for 39 years until the south side Kmart closed and was most recently employed by Parkview. Ken loved his 'family' at Kmart and never missed a chance to let them know he cared. He loved boating, camping and fishing with family and friends, especially at Blue Mesa. Skiing and corvettes were his second love. Cremation has taken place.
