Kathleen Vassanelli, 80, of Pueblo, passed away on July 12, 2020 in Pueblo, Colorado.
Ms. Vassanelli was born on April 2, 1940, in Ordway Colorado, to Steve and Ileen McDonell.
She is survived by her partner, Michael Miller of Pueblo; daughter, Gretchen Vassanelli of Pueblo; and daughter, Stacie Chirrick of Reno, Nevada. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Ileen Mietlowski of Ordway; sister, Elaine Griffith of Pueblo; and three children.
Kathleen’s early career was spent working as a waitress and bartender. She also worked at Pueblo Greyhound Park for many years as well as Wal Mart until retiring in 2010. Kathleen enjoyed dancing, taking trips to Cripple Creek, betting on the dogs and horses and spending time with her family.
