June M. Trenchak, 75, passed away Dec. 27, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Trenchak. Survived by her brothers, Philip Trenchak of South Plainfield, N.J. and David (Barbara) Trenchak of Idaho Falls, Idaho; nieces and nephews, Heidi (Craig) Gummow, Amy Trenchak, Brian (Abigail) Trenchak, Patti Feeney and P.J. Trenchak; and cousins. Thank you to her special friend and caregiver, Martha Martinez. June was born May 10, 1941, in Pueblo. She retired as head pediatric nurse from St. Mary Corwin Medical Center. She was an avid Broncos and Rockies fan and enjoyed going to Cripple Creek. As per her request, there will be no viewing. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at Our Lady of the Meadows Church, 23 Starling Dr. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery. It was my great honor to work as a Pediatric nurse along side June. She was an inspiration to all, ever the professional with a heart of gold and compassion beyond measure. The Pediatric patients at St. Mary Corwin received the best care she could give them. And now she is at peace with all of her patients who proceeded her. God bless all of her family during this time of loss. May happy memories carry you during this time.
