  1. Judi
May your spirit find eternal peace, in
    this slumber.
We shared great memories in our early school days in Barbados (St Leonard’s) then you left us, for greener paths, but those memories shared were never forgotten.
I bid you farewell my friend, my sister.
Your have gone to another dimension, a place where only peace and love exist.
    Judy

  2. I was deeply saddened when I learned of Judy’s passing. May she rest in peace and rise in glory. Will always remember our school days. Sincere condolences to the family and friends of my school mate Judy.

  3. To the family of Judi,
Our sincerest condolences at this time of loss. Judi had a very loving spirit and was a shining example to many. She served with distinction in various ministries in her home church. We met her in the ushers ministry back in 2003. What great fun & fellowship we had over the years. Judi will be missed for many reasons and especially for her infectious laughter, infectious smile and her big hugs. She is now dancing with her Heavenly Father in her glorified body. So many memories were created with her which will live on in our hearts.
“Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His saints.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭116:15‬

  4. Jud: I will miss your infectious laugh; you were such a beautiful person both inside and out. You will be greatly missed. May your soul rest in peace. Amen

  5. Dear Judi, I was so saddened to hear of your passing through a mutual friend of ours and grateful for the opportunity to join in your memorial. It was such a blessing we reconnected in January 2020 after over 40yrs meeting at St Leonard’s in Barbados where thereafter we both went in different directions and you found me via FB and planned to meet again in NYK. We had great childhood memories back then visiting each other which I’ll treasure. I truly hoped we would get to meet again and to get this news was heartbreaking. You will be truly missed. Love Angela ❤️

  6. My dear friend, Judi, from high school days. We used to walk home from school together. We both emigrated to distant lands but reunited on Facebook. I look forward to seeing your beautiful photos after church. I shall always remember your poise and lovely smile. Rest in peace my friend. Prayers and condolences to your loved ones❤

  7. Remembering Judi from my childhood every time she came to spend a Sunday in Orange Hill, St. James, Barbados.

  11. My dearest cousin Judy, I mourn with everyone else your untimely passing. I never thought this year would take you from us. You were so full of life. Passionate about everything. A fierce defender of your family and friends. Honest to a fault and brave enough to speak your mind. You gave your opinions honestly and without fear of contradiction. You never lied for comfort and shot straight from the hip. I used to remark about the many pictures you took and now I realise that they are my comfort. I will always love you…my first sitter, confidante and friend. As I grieve for you I promise to be there for cousin Margo…the sister you loved more than life. I pray that God will keep you until we meet again…always on my mind…forever in my heart!

  12. My dear cousin,
I will forever cherish the memories of growing up with you in Barbados. The last time we saw each other was in Boston a few years ago, little did I know that would be the last time I saw you. However, I am sure your dad will greet you with open arms. May you rest in peace and rise in glory with the angels. Sincerely,

  13. Jerbean Gilkes Worrell

  18. My Dearest Judi this is hard for me, I will miss you my friend my sister in the Lord, ministry worker, and seat mate at Church. My hang out body outside of Church. There are not enough words to express my sadness but you are safely in our Fathers arms. To your family my Condolences. You will be greatly miss. R.I.P

  19. I met Judi in Brooklyn when she was Nanny for my nieces Mary Lawrence and Twyla Ware. Judi was a wonderful, friendly and attractive person. I made a special connection with her when she told me that the Brooklyn Tabernacle was her church. I had attended the Brooklyn Tab many years before when I lived in Manhattan and was blessed greatly by Pastor Cymbala, Pastor Ware, the Choir and everyone at BT. Judi was very much loved by my nieces and brother and sister in law. She did tremendous professional work as Nanny for them and was an all around special, delightful person who was also a graceful witness of the Gospel. I am so saddened to hear of her death. But there is nonetheless the consolation that she has gone to be with Jesus in Paradise. Thank you Lord for Judi!!! I will pray for members of the family.

  20. Sincere condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Henderson Nichols son of the late Judy Nichols and other family members.
“Precious in the site of the Lord is the death of his saints” Psalm 116 (15).
Judy you slipped away from our midst but you were received by the saints to your glorious eternal home. You will be missed, that radiant smile, that most times radiate to your infectious outburst of laughter. Your memories will live on, your love for humanity and love for the lord as a good and faithful servant.
May you Rest In Peace and comfort in the arms of the almighty savior eternally.

  21. To my dearest beloved daughter Judi, first of my strength. We didn’t spend enough time together but you were always in my heart. You were a bright and shiny star whose light has gone out too soon. Judi, you had a laugh that I love and will miss hearing. But I am sure that your laughter will be so much sweeter when you see our Lord Jesus face to face. Sleep well my dearest one and may the angels of the Lord carry your soul to our Heavenly Father. Much Much love. Momsey ❤️

  23. Dear Judy. Thank you for being a beautiful Sister. I always remember when I was in Barbados how you looked after me and showed me and my brother Dominic around. During the weeks before your passing, It was beautiful speaking with you and hearing your voice, especially your Bajan accent as I loved that. I would try to copy your accent but my English would always come through. I’m sorry I didn’t speak with you when you moved to Colorado. But I treasure the memories I had with you. Love you always Sis. Your brother Victor ❤

  24. Rest well my class mate and sweet friend, I’m going to miss your pleasant personality, soft voice and your loving presence.. Sleep on in the loving arms of Jesus until ..

  25. To my dearest sister Judy. Wherever your soul may be now I hope it’s a place of peace and enlightenment. A place where there is only happiness and smiles. Because if that’s the place where you have been taken then I have no worry about when my time comes to join you in the journey after life.
We never spent a lot of time together as siblings growing up because we lived so far apart. But the love we had as a family transcended place and time. So even though now you have left this earthly existence, your spirit will always live on in us, your younger brothers and sisters. We will always love you and never forget you our big sister Judy.
    Rest in peace sister. ❤️❤️❤️

  26. Judi,

  28. Judi,

I will always remember you and Margo in your early years in Barbados with our Grandfather and Grandmother. Your father held a very special place in my heart and life, as we shared a unique bond right up until the day he passed away. You shall be missed by all but we know that you will be reunited with Uncle Harvey and other members of the Nicholls family, some of whom left us too soon. Rest in peace Judi.
