Joyce L. Mustard, 63, passed away Aug. 23, 2004. Survived by her husband of 29 years, Dwayne Mustard, of the family home in Pueblo West, Colorado; children, Brian (Kristin) Mustard of Pueblo, Kimberly (Kirk) LaVina of S.C.; Deborah (Keith) Ritchey of Mo. and Donald Varner of Pueblo; mother-in-law, Odessa Mustard of Pueblo West; five sisters and one brother, all in Okla.; grandchildren, Tony, Sherrea, Mackenzie, Cameron and Hunter; and one great-grandchild. Joyce was born to Edgar E. and Beatrice Austin on Sept. 15, 1940, in Oklahoma City, Okla. In adition to raising her own children, Joyce was a foster mother. Member of Outlaws Rod and Custom Car Club.
