Joseph Nicholas Herrmann, 95, of Pueblo West, Colo., beloved husband of 72 years of Elizabeth Herrmann, departed this life Dec. 26, 2005. Born in Milwaukee, Wisc. on April 23, 1910. Father of Dennis (Carol) Herrmann of Lake Forest, Ill., Dr. Scott (Joan) Herrmann of Pueblo and Donna (Dan Brooks) Easdon of Pueblo. Also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Marie Hanlon of Wisconsin; brother, Walter (Roberta) of Fort Atkinson, Wisc.; several nieces and cousins. Joseph was a very loving and caring father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him. Per his request, no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. His wish was for all to remember the happy times. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family thanks all their wonderful neighbors who helped them though their sad ordeal. Susan, Cathy and I remember putting curlers in Grampa’s hair (that was when he had more hair). He actually enjoyed having his hair done by us! We also remember how he would tell us dirty jokes even when we didn’t quite get them. He was the best! My husband Curtis and I will miss him. We love you! Lynn & Curtis
