  1. Dearest Sherri and family,
I just wanted to send my deepest condolences in this sad time. What an absolutely amazing person your Dad was- and to have had such a beautiful, long life surrounded by all the things he loved and held so dear. Last I saw him was about in November where I saw him riding his four-wheeler on the highway with the air flying all around him. What a terrific sight! He always embodied to me a purely free American- in his politics and the way he lived his life. I’ll tell you though, he made tears come to my eyes one day when I ran into him about a year and a half ago fresh home from oversees and he hadn’t seen me in years. He was searching my face re-recognizing me from probably his memory of me when I was little. He himself had tears in his eyes because I think it brought back memories of you and I when we were little girls and always hung around each other. Lovely that such a strong man could also be so tender. I will miss him and your beautiful Mom always.

  2. Dear Sherri and family: Please accept our sincere condolences at this time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and great memories of Joe abound. What an amazing ability to fix anything with his attention to detail and great mind. I will miss asking him advice regarding working on things and talks especially in the summer. He always was looking out for his neighbors and it was always appreciated. Respectfully: Andy, Lilly, Diana and John (The Sanchez family).

  3. Hi Sheri, we are so sorry to hear about your Dad. It’s always hard, regardless of age. Keeping you in my prayers. We think of you often (and talk about you too…only good and funny stories)Luv, Cathi, Brandy, Chas and Irv Felthager
