Joseph “Joe” N. Navarro, passed away on March 2, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosaura Navarro, “the love of his life;” son, Duane Navarro; daughters, Patricia (Carlos) Rios, Doreen (Joseph) Mueller, Arlene (Gary) Hudson, Elsie (James) Gonzales, and Lidia Navarro; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Special thank you to hospice caregivers and First Light Home Care.
