John Herbert Rulapaugh, 78, passed away June 30, 2019. Survived by wife, Vicki Rulapaugh; children, Jeff (Missy) Rulapaugh and Jill Rulapaugh-Decker; sister, Jackie Warriner; and grandchildren, Lyndsey Rulapaugh (Tim) McAdow, Samantha Rulapaugh (Alex) Hayworth, Erik Decker and Nicole Decker; nieces, nephews and in-laws, Tim and Sue Warriner, Nathan and Renee Warriner, Jen and Ted Greenewald, Linda Rulapaugh, Jim and Rebekah Rulapaugh, Joy and Zane Salyers, Judy and Russ Johnson, Mike and Lynn Johnson, Jane and Andy Johnson.
Preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Eileen Rulapaugh; siblings, Janet Rulapaugh and Jim Rulapaugh. John was born to Herbert and Eileen Rulapaugh on June 19, 1941, in Berkley, Mich. He was an insurance agent in Pueblo for many years, an avid hunter, fisherman and a dedicated supporter of Ducks Unlimited and Hunting Retriever Club. John was a Dale Carnegie Instructor, Boy Scout of America Leader and Indian Guides of Missouri Leader and enjoyed camping and exploring Colorado. Memorial service, 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2019, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
