Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I have known John from high school and have shared some of the growing up that we had in La Junta, Colorado
I remember one night we were in Rocky Ford and as boys will be boys We took a water melon off a truck just being ornery, and ate it! Our lives parted as John went off to the Army and later I did the same,
but as life has a funny way of keeping people together, we both took jobs at CF&I but I only worked there for 12 years and did not see John much through life untill just last year when Bob Eberhart and I visited him at his home in Pueblo. It was nice talking about all the things that went on throughout our lives, and now I will miss another of my friends as John’s journey is over.
