Joel L. Peck, 58, passed away Sept. 8, 2013. Survived by siblings, Donita Rafferty and Michael Peck; step-mom, Joann Peck; step-siblings, Stuart Baker, Julie Dyer and Rhonda Gerth; special friend, Danny Losey; and numerous other family and friends. Preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Rogene Arrington; father, Donald L. Peck; and brother, Daniel Peck. Joel was born Jan . 17, 1955, in Greeley, Colo., to Donald and Margaret (Yenne) Peck.
