Joe Benny Buck passed into heaven on February 12, 2023. Born July 6, 1931, in Pueblo Colo., to Luke Antonio and Phyllis Angelico Buccanbuso. He graduated from Pueblo Centennial High School in 1950. He served in the Navy, on the aircraft carrier The USS Princeton. Joe worked at the CF&I as a boiler maker and retired in 1992. Joe married the love of his life, Betty Bieker Buck on June 22, 1957. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Clair; mother and father-in-law, Ben and Dorothy Bieker. Survived by wife, Betty; daughter, Kelly (Bob) Ward; sons, Michael (Sylvia), Carl, Kirk (Lisa) Waldero; grandchildren, Jessica Watson, Joshua Buck, Brent Buck, Bob Ward III, Brandon Waldero, Vanessa Waldero, Hannah Waldero, Halie Patterson, Luke Buck, Jeremiah Bundy, Joe Buck II; great-grandchildren, Kennedy Buck, Dani Buck, Ryan Watson, Rylee Watson, Kennedy Neustel, Jaxon Buck, Brayden Buck, Isla Bundy, Stella Rose, Marshall Waldero, River Waldero. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
