Guestbook

  1. What a character and true cowboy. Met Jim at the Colorado State Fair when I was working for the fire department. I would make it a point to bring him coffee in the morning before the fair started. Be retired 7 years and I still made it a point to visit Jim and bring him coffee. I’m sure going to miss that coffee time together. You were a good friend and I’m going to miss those morning talks. Rest in peace my friend.

  2. I will miss Jim very much. Although, I just saw you when I work the fair I loved your laugh, your love for the Fair Museum and your stories. You never missed talking to pretty women either:) Thanks for sharing your Cowboy memorabilia with everyone! Jim is truly one of a kind. Happy Trails

  3. CandleImageRIP my friend I will never forget our fun times at the State Fair Museum.I will always cherish our conversations and memories.Fly with the angels cowboy 🤠 until we meet again ….

  4. Jim,
What a friend you have been to my family. You will be greeted by Bob when you get there I am sure of that! You have made us laugh and cry and enjoyed our times together! Lots of years to remember though so can smile a lot off smiles when you cross my mind.

  5. He was an icon from the Wild West. Jim loved history and would have preferred hunting furs with Kit Carson, if he could change the decades he lived through. I will miss him.

  6. Oh,Jim……you will be missed…..I loved our times in Rye and seeing you at the Fair.
Your stories will be appreciated in Heaven

  7. One the finest, most honest gentlemen I ever met. A truly “high class” COWBOY.
Met him many years ago through my business (ESTATE LIQUIDATORS) and spent many hours visiting with him. We became very good friends. There was nothing we did not discuss about his personal life. Spent an afternoon watching the LION KING with his “little boy” while he and my husband visited. So sorry our lives took different directions and we did not converse these past many years. GOD BLESS YOU JIM. I shall never forget you.
