Jewell Lowe

Jewell Lowe, 71, passed away Jan. 20, 2016. Survived by stepchildren, Toni, Lynn, Missi and Miller; brothers, Jim Gallegor and Jerry (Judy) Gallegor; sister, Joyce Seley; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents; and husband, David Lowe. Jewell was born to Pauline and Ed Gallegor on Aug. 13, 1944, in Canon City, and retired from an advertising agency in Chicago, Ill. She enjoyed traveling, entertaining, watching sports and being active and a member of United Methodist Church. Jewell had many friendships throughout her life and loved her many pets. At her request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel.
