Jessie Pauline Creech

Jessie Pauline Creech, passed away October 28, 2000 in Canon City. Survived by her children, Darla (Fred) Kettering, John Ivy (Pauline) Creech, Aurelia (Dale) Simshauser, Sherry Creech, Terry Creech, sisters, Annabelle Ellis, Oleta Spurlin, Virgie Wallis, brothers, Jay (Wilma) Worley, LaVern (Jeanette Worley, 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John Ivy Creech on April 16, 1983, son, Donald Ray Creech on March 13, 1954, brother, Orin Worley, sister, Willa Mae Taylor and granddaughter, Lori Lea Storm. Born, February 15, 1915 in Delta, Colorado and was a longtime Florence area resident. Member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church of Canon City, where she served as a Deaconess and was head of the funeral dinner committee for many years. Service will be held at 10:00 Tuesday, October 31, 2000 at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 3180 East Main St. in Canon City, with Pastor Wayne Nazarenus, officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Canon. Those who desire may make memorials to the Deaconess Fund at the church or to the Four Mile Christian School, through the funeral home office.
