Jessie Minona Fennell

Jessie Minona Fennell, 78, passed away April 21, 2005. Survived by her children, Vonna D. (Monty) Craig, Donna J. (De) Parvin, both of Rock River, Wyo. and Mercedes M. (Larry) Ward of Pueblo; sisters, Isabel Collins of Pueblo and Susie Hines of Glendo, Wyo; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, 1 nephew and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Fennell; grandson, Jerry Ward; brothers, Ray Miller and William Whitmire; and sister, Berta Mallory. Jessie was born to Robert and Violet Whitmire on Sept. 4, 1926, in Middle Creek, Custer County, Colo. She enjoyed league bowling for several years. Viewing at the funeral home Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2005, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Reverend Fannie Mae Bernard officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Wetmore. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope Cemetery Endowment Fund through the funeral home.
