Jeanne B. Fisher, 78, passed away November 6, 2003, in Pueblo, Colorado. Born March 20, 1925, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Wife of the late Raymond L. Fisher, Sr.; beloved mother of twin daughters, Janene Davis and Jan Jones; daughter-in-law, Chris Fisher; sister to Max (Minna Lue) Kennedy of Princeton, Illinois; role model and grandmother to Hannah Fisher, Holly (Patrick) Hannan, Heidi (Aaron) Baumert, Christopher Jones, Corey (Melinda) Favorite and Robyn (John) Ferris; aunt to Van (Teri) Carver, Donna Kennedy and Terry (Dennis) Lange and cousin, Don Harger. She was the greatest great-grandma of eight and special friend to Jim, Jody, Jena and Jade LiVecchi and Bob and Gail Sibert. Preceded in death by husband, Raymond, Sr.; son, Raymond, Jr.; grandchildren, Krista Rae Jones and Shayne Patrick Fisher; and twin sister, Shirley June. Jeanne was a championship bowler and Chamber of Commerce volunteer. She will be best known and loved for her sense of humor, wit, tenacity, generous spirit and kind heart; her delicious award-winning cakes and pies; memorable holiday gatherings; avid Denver Bronco fan; sender of outrageously funny greeting cards; queen of yard sales; crazy Halloween costumes; collector of clowns, antiques and dolls; and as a loving caregiver for many friends, relatives and neighbors over the years. She was an extremely creative, giving and generous lady who loved her family and friends and will be lovingly missed by all who knew her. Visitation from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 10, 2003, at First Baptist Church, 405 W. 9th St., with Rev. George White officiating. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Pueblo Marriott. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Association or Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care through the funeral home. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com
