Jean Mathis Smith

Jean Smith (Mathis) passed away March 2, 2011, in St. Louis, Mo. Jean was the beloved wife of Dr. Dermott Smith M.D., loving mother to Al (Cathy) Schlueter, Jr., Katie (Tim) Nellesen, Cindy (Chris) Shepherd; and step-mother of 4 children, dear grandmother to 17 grandchildren, sister of the late John (Halcyon) Mathis and Jane (Jim) Higday, daughter to the late Louis and Frances Mathis. Jean Smith was a native of Pueblo, moving to the St. Louis area for college. Jean is an Alumni of Pueblo Catholic High class of '56. Services were held in St. Louis, Missouri.
