Jean M. Corlett

Jean M. Corlett, 91, passed away August 4, 2003, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by her son, Jeff Corlett of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Preceded in death by her husband, a longtime Monte Vista attorney, Charles R. Corlett, on June 6, 1996. Jean was born March 31, 1912, in Colorado Springs and was a Pueblo resident the past 12 years. She attended University of Colorado, loved to golf and enjoyed volunteering at Parkview Hospital and Villa Pavilion. Jean was an active member of First Presbyterian Church and past president of PEO, Chapter HQ. At her request, there will be no viewing. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2003, in the Villa Penthouse, 1111 Bonforte, with Commissioned Lay Minister Sally Foulks and Rev. Dr. Brad Munroe officiating. Interment, 3 p.m. Friday at Monte Vista Cemetery, in Monte Vista, Colorado. Those who desire may make memorials to Villa Pueblo Foundation Fund or Colorado Boys Ranch of La Junta, through the funeral home.
