James G. Maltcheff, 67, passed away March 21, 2015. Survived by his wife, Regina R. 'Gina' Maltcheff; mother, June L. Maltcheff; sister, Sherry L. (Joseph B.) Scobey; sister-in-law, Leigh Maltcheff; cousins, Kitty and David Lippincott; nieces and nephews, Shannon L. Mayfield, Tiffany E., Joey C., Matthew M. and Dylan H. Scobey.
Preceded in death by his brother, Lou Maltcheff; and step-father, Wally Cucich.
Jim was born July 9, 1947, in Los Angeles. He served three years in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Jim was a general contractor in Southern California and in Pueblo for many years.

Dear Gina, June and families. It was so very sad to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a close friend to me for over 40 years. My love goes to you all at this time as he will be missed by all who knew him. He was always such a happy person and his smile could melt anyone. I first met Jim when he was in Sydney Australia.
